This beautiful property shows the classic architectural look. It is built in the shingle style with cedar siding, roofs are gabled, and overall beautiful symmetry. This property style is already very famous among the Northeastern towns.

If you look around the bedroom, you’ll notice everything feels smooth. From the soft wall finishes to the wooden floors, it speaks about our careful attention.
Lighting:
The bedroom opens to a private balcony with big French door windows, bringing in fresh air and natural light. It keeps the room connected to the outdoors and makes it a cozy place to relax.
2. Kitchen
Design:
We used the white cabinet and marble countertops with a soft gray backsplash to have a clean yet modern look. Specifically, the open layout with wood flooring, it feels more open and inviting.
Details:
We did a work of precision in the whole kitchen, focusing on the quality. Custom cabinets meet the ceiling with great molding work.
Upper cabinets are front open, made with glass. The huge center island has a top of stone top with smooth edges that offers a workspace and seating area. You can see the well-polished fixtures, with soft-close drawers that are easily aligned.
Lighting:
You can see the natural light coming from huge windows above the sink. Pendant lights have been installed on the top. Lights are also installed on the ceiling to make sure the space stays well-lit even at night.
3. Bathroom
Design:
We used a light and airy pattern of color, pale gray and blue walls with white millwork to make the bathroom look like a spa. The bathtub beneath the big window will create a relaxing vibe while bathing. The balance of classic detailing with modern touches creates a perfect haven inside the home.
Details:
Once you see the bathroom, you’ll definitely agree that everything’s done here with a great level of precision. It does have a customized double vanity and marble countertops, offering style with functionality. There are framed mirrors installed alongside individual lamplights, showing the symmetry and refinement.
4. Living Room
Design:
This coastal living room is the epitome of elegance. We went with the warm wood tones with crisp white shades. Also, we added a bold blue upholstery to make a fresh living space that not only feels sophisticated but also welcoming.
Details:
We used a built-up coffered ceiling and had a few luxurious and elegant fixtures. The entire room is balanced with the use of symmetrical millwork and traditional elements, with the fireplace taking up the focus.
Lighting:
The French doors and big windows welcome the natural light from every direction. It’s the perfect space to have an airy environment, connecting via a flow with the dining area.
