PROJECT DETAILS:

Fox Hill Builders conducted a total renovation and major expansion, featuring a new kitchen, family room, sunroom, master bedroom, arched porte cochere and a 3-bay garage for a classic brick-and-shingle Georgian. Fox Hill Builders’ attention to detail inside is evident in the custom-designed millwork for the moldings, cabinetry, window casements, and fishtail-detailed transom windows. Antique pine beams and trusses, as well as 2” thick white marble for counters were specially sourced for the project. The signature Georgian elements were carefully reconstructed in the new all-season pool house. The whitewash on the brick is the final detail for an authentic aged appearance that harkens back to home’s original 1930’s heritage.
